How it works
Six steps from your first link to actionable steps
Get your invitation
You receive one link to take your self-assessment and another to add your raters.
Add your raters
Over about one week, you add at least one manager and two or more people in each rater group. Three or more per group gives the strongest results.
Raters respond
Each rater spends about 10 to 15 minutes on the survey, and their answers stay anonymous. A single manager's answers are the one exception and show on their own.
Receive your report
Your report shows scores by tenet and by rater group, along with your strengths and the themes to work on.
Meet with your coach
You and a coach spend 90 minutes by phone or video working through the results together.
Get your actionable steps
You leave with actionable steps you can begin taking right away. The report also guides a three-way meeting with your manager and a thank-you to your raters.

What your report shows
Your report includes a Heart-Centered Leader Factor Score (HCL-FS). Based on a subset of your scores, it shows you how ready you are to lead in today’s highly diverse, matrixed work environment.
Each tenet is also broken down by rater group. You can see where your own view lines up with your team's view and where the two scores sit far apart.
The report is confidential and built for your development. It stays out of performance evaluations.

Questions about the LwH-360
How much does the LwH-360 cost?
The LwH-360 costs $750 per leader. That price covers the surveys for you and your raters, your report, and a 90-minute coaching session.
How many raters do I need?
You need at least one manager and at least two raters in each other group you use. We strongly suggest three or more per group. The groups are manager, direct reports, peers, clients or customers, and other.
Who should I choose as raters?
Choose people who have seen you lead in many different situations, ideally for six months or more.
Are rater answers anonymous?
Yes. Answers are combined within each rater group. If you have only one manager, that manager's answers appear on their own.
How long does it take?
Each rater needs about 10 to 15 minutes. Adding your raters usually takes about one week.
Does a rater have to answer every question?
A rater's feedback counts once they answer at least 75% of the questions.
Who sees my report?
The report is confidential and meant for your development. You and your coach go through it together in your feedback session, and it stays out of performance evaluations.
What happens after the feedback session?
You leave with a development plan. If you want support putting that plan into action, we also offer ongoing executive coaching.
