Rooted in decades of research, this assessment evaluates leaders on five key tenets: Purposeful, Engaged, Empathetic, Understanding, and Humble. Participants and their raters complete a straightforward survey, providing deep insights into leadership strengths and areas for growth. The results are easy to understand and leverage, helping leaders cultivate a more compassionate and effective leadership style, crucial for today’s diverse and dynamic organizational environments.

Comprehensive Organizational Diagnostic

This diagnostic process aims to uncover organizational insights through confidential interviews focused on leadership, operations, culture, and employee engagement. Key steps include:
