Building respect and integrity is necessary for everyone, and it is an urgent task for present and future leaders. Balancing self-care with performance and being vulnerably available for people to connect with you, takes courage!

We believe what really works in leadership is getting connected, getting real, and acknowledging your limits, to ultimately value who you really are. The idea of charismatically transforming super heroes into leaders is difficult for most people to live up to. This idea can be deeply damaging for both individuals and for the organisation. Getting real and authentic takes courage! 

The truth is: There is not only one “right” way to lead! The traditional models of leadership types are confusing – Courageous leaders need to learn how to be versatile so they can lead in the moment. Connecting to your own source of wisdom takes courage!

Hi, I am Liselotte Molander and I learned authentic and courageous leadership the “hard way”. My own history as an executive leader in global business is a blend of pain, success, happiness, and immense frustration. For years I followed and learned how leaders should be, act, and what not to do. I tried to fit into the boxes of diagrams, models, and expectations. I didn’t quite “get it”. Either I was too soft speaking with my emotions or I was too tough, not caring for others. I was either too demanding or too understanding. It was always an “either or”. My work/life balance was bottom low. After a long well deserved time out I decided to change my life and career. The Leading With Heart program is a result of my 25+ years of personal leadership experience, along with many years of coaching and consulting with leaders in different professions.

Questo Seminar – Our experience is that the greatest learning happens outside the normal business environment, although the complexity and dynamic is present. In our Questo seminars, the leadership development is done in collaboration with children and your people. One challenge is to realize a unique project with limited resources and time pressure. Another challenge is to form and lead the participants as a management team with processed responsibility. With daily individual coaching, the participants can transfer their experience into immediate actions.

The project happens in a children’s village. Kids and young people collaborate on a voluntary basis and participate by choice. The village management team supervises the project and gets daily feedback from the children. A big portion of the participant’s fee is directly given back to the village. This is a wonderful way of “doing great while doing good”!
